Due to my work I had to travel a lot. As much as possible I took my camera with me. During the spare time I had during my visit, I always tried to make some pictures that are typical for that city. As you can imaging the time I had left after a hard day’s work to walk around, was mostly in the evening. That means that it was usually dark outside by then. I was not in the capability to take my tripod with me, so the challenge was to take the pictures without it.

Not all photos were taken during my working visits, of course there were also photos taken during holidays.

Having the privilege to travel a lot, taught me a lot of the world. I was able to experience how beautiful the world is with its rich history. The stories behind the buildings, churches, temples, mosques and so on, is amazing. But also learning to know people of different countries with their specific culture is a great experience.
